Hi
Short journies will kill spark plugs more quickly on 2 strokes. Same for using the choke for too long, etc.
However are you using the correct grade of spark plug? The number is the heat range on an NGK plug, and a higher number is for a colder plug. Colder plugs will foul up more easily at low revs (while warmer plugs will start to over heat if the bike is thrashed while using them).
All the best

I'm using the one advised by my handbook.
At the moment, I am using one that is used for the lawnmower
It works fine, wont do any damage will it? |
