Some scum bag from singapore has taken over £300 from my account, and HSBC customer services are completely usless and do not know when or if my money will be refunded.

I even had to tell the women over the phone to canncel the current card to stop even more being taken FFS



£200 in dedit with no money for food for petrol till next week.

Looks like my switch card was cloned in ethier a cash machine or in a petrol station.

That sucks, you should be able to get it back ok. My neighbour had her card cloned at a petrol station and all the money in her account withdrawn. It was sorted out pretty quick. Not sure who she was banking with though.

More than likely a franchised petrol station like a total garage. Could possibly have been an atm machine but the things they put on them are so dodgy and obvious.

Unlucky, you will get it back tho. My Dad's got done recently too, but they managed to take about £2500 before they stopped his card, they were using cash machines in Amsterdam and with drawing £300 with every visit.

basically you gotta kick up a fuss, tell them your really not happy, and if you dont get a refund, you will switch your account.

natwest tried charging £30 a few years ago and my dad rang up and said he was gonna switch his big business account if they dont refund it.

i got refunded and a free pen.

Finally got though to lazy fucks in india who did both to canncel the card earlyer today and was told l would have to call the customer service number in the morring to sort out the money being re-funded.

Even though l was told it was beeing sorted before.
