There's a lot of building work going on where i live. Since they are building close to his house his new driveway is blocked off so he's been parking at my gate every night when he comes home. usually i could just manage to squeeze out and no more. But today he totally blocked my gate. so i went around to his house banged on his door told him how it was and to move it . but he was still drunk from the night before, he told me he was "half drunk last night" and gave me the keys to move it (i don't even have a car license) so i moved it as i can drive a little. Thing is tho this isn't the first time he's left his car in dodgey places on my street. There's been a few times were he left his car door open and out of gear on a hill. That was with his last car. He's got a different one now and they are far from nice cars, scrappers would define the type of cars he drives.

there are other cars in my street , what happens if my brother is up at mine and he hits his car or hits someone while drunk, considering contacting the police tonight when i can see his number plate. Anyone else has the same bother and with what outcome ?

Next time he's too pissed and gives you the keys to move it, drive the fecking thing into a lamppost, then phone the cops and say he did it. Thumbs Up Mr. Green Thumbs Up

If you burn them out. the local council will usually shift them the next day.
