Fortnine's just done a bit on "first oil" and apparently Chinese oil has so much shit in it the AI working the analysis microscope got so fucked off it left site, went to the pub, found it was closed due to Covid, came back and is now rocking in the corner of the lab...
So I'm glad you got the oil done ____________________ Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Yamaha XSR700, Honda Rebel, Yamaha DT175, Suzuki SV650 (loan) Fazer 600, Keeway Superlight 125, 50cc turd scooter |

Yeah that screen ain't doing it any favours. A mix between a bug and a transformer That said, underneath it all - it's really not a bad looking lil bike that is it
I have a serious question though - how the hell have you managed to keep the new tyre markings on when you've been 270 miles around the twisties in Scotland?! Get them gone. Pronto! |

UPDATE:
Well, this morning on my way to work, this guy in the white van didn't look right while driving out and turning right onto the main road (A724 - Cambuslang Road, Glasgow). As I was driving past this meant he drove out and clipped me as I was travelling north-west on the A724 towards the junction between the A724 and A749 (known as the "Farme Cross").

I was interested to know what the Highway Code said about it and found:
The Highway Code wrote: |
Rule 170
Take extra care at junctions. You should:
1. Watch out for cyclists, motorcyclists, powered wheelchairs/ mobility scooters and pedestrians as they are not always easy to see. Be aware that they may not have seen or heard you if you are approaching from behind,
2. Watch out for pedestrians crossing a road into which you are turning. If they have started to cross they have priority, so give way,
3. Watch out for long vehicles which may be turning at a junction ahead; they may have to use the whole width of the road to make the turn (see Rule 221),
4. Watch out for horse riders who may take a different line on the road form that which you would expect,
5. Not assume, when waiting at a junction, that a vehicle coming from the right and signalling left will actually turn. Wait and make sure,
6. Look all around before emerging. Do not cross or join a road until there is a gap large enough for you to do so.
Rule 174
Box junctions. These have criss-cross yellow lines painted on the road (download “Road Markings”). You MUST NOT enter the box until your exit road or lane is clear. However, you may enter the box and wait when you want to turn right, and are only stopped from doing so by oncoming traffic, or by other vehicles waiting to turn right. At signalled roundabouts you MUST NOT enter the box unless you can cross over it completely without stopping.
Law TSRGD Regs 10 (1) & 29(2).

Just to give you my similar example: car went into the back of me when stationary, number plate holder bent. Insurance assessment: replacement number plate, holder and rear mudguard + labour So yeah, stack it up as much as you can.
Watch out for large corporates. Over a certain size they might be "self-insured" so to speak and not via a traditional underwriter. ____________________ Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Yamaha XSR700, Honda Rebel, Yamaha DT175, Suzuki SV650 (loan) Fazer 600, Keeway Superlight 125, 50cc turd scooter |
